Origin: False Unicorn is an herb which is native to North America East of the Mississippi which is collected in the month of September after flowering. The root is harvested in autumn and grows in low moist ground. It has also been classified by the United Plant Savers organization as an ‘at risk plant’. Inno-Vita buys False Unicorn that is cultivated, not harvested from the wild. |

| Description: This herbaceous perennial is 30-100cm high with a smooth, angular stem and alternating narrow leaves at the base and form a whorl. There are small round green/white flowers in a dense conical bulbous rhizome. This pointed shape rhizome lends to the herbs name while resembling a horn. |
