Frequently asked questions about the Liquid Compounds

What is the shelf life of a Liquid Compound?
The pure grain alcohol functions as a natural preservative avoiding the need for fungicide or irradiation and provides a long shelf life of approximately 2-3 years from the date of purchase.

Is it okay or not that some Liquid Compound formulas contain small floating particles?
Yes, as mentioned above, the third process involves an acid extraction which breaks down some of the dry formula’s cellular matter causing some formulas to have small amounts of herbal residue. These particles are very fine and if the client is instructed to shake the bottle before use, most of these particles are invisible.

What are the recommended dosages of the Liquid Compounds?
The dosages found on the product label are general recommendations which include: Adults five-six drops orally three to four times daily. Children three-four drops orally three to four times daily. Clients may choose to add these measured drops to another beverage/water to mask the flavor. For the most direct effect, have the client take sublingually. Practitioners may make changes or customizations to these dosages.

How does a bottle of 60 capsules compare to a one ounce bottle of the same Liquid Compound?
The extract concentration of the Liquid Compounds is designed to be equivalent to a single bottle of 60 capsules when taken with the regular recommended dosages. Some practitioners may create protocols that will vary from the recommended dosage.

Health concerns with grain alcohol?
Alcohol acts as a preservative but it also has important functions in the delivery of the formula. Alcohol has the ability to quickly transport and open various tissues and cells within the body allowing the formula to act faster than other forms. In a normal adult dosage of five-six drops three to four times a day, there wouldn’t be much more alcohol than what is commonly found in many natural foods such as a banana, but there are still those who are concerned about the effect on their body. For those with this concern, one possible solution is to boil the liquid dosage to evaporate out the alcohol. Beware that boiling the Liquid Compound may destroy some of the active constituents which were previously protected by the Triple Extraction Process.

Are other company’s liquid extracts free of animal byproducts?
Many other professional lines make claims that their products are free of animal by-products once they have removed their gelatin capsules and placed their formulas in a liquid extract or tincture form. When other company’s original formula contains animal by-products, those same components transfer into a liquid form. In fact the undesirable factors such as hormones, antibiotics, vaccines or worse, are the first to assimilate into a liquid solvent.

What is the artesian water source?
Water used in this process is derived from the nearby Ben Lomond Mountain of the Wasatch Mountain range (altitude 9,700). This water is derived from a cold year-round artesian spring of naturally filtered water with a balance of rich minerals void of unwanted chemicals. At Inno-Vita it would be much simpler to use the processed water, but in keeping with the practice of using the best of ingredients, only water from this artesian well is used in the liquid compounds. Local city officials maintain close observation of this well and prepare regular water analysis. To see the water quality analysis of this artesian spring click [here].
